As a DBS checked and fully qualified teacher (QTLS, AISTD), I've facilitated workshops and taught dance and movement for the past 18 years on both a national and international level to actors, dancers, movers and shakers in a variety of contexts from performing arts colleges to schools, prisons to theatres, stadiums to community settings and everything in between.
Combined with my skills as a teacher and facilitator, I utilise my performing experience to share my knowledge in a passionate and well-informed way. I also pride myself on creating workshops which are innovative, engaging and inspiring by tailoring sessions to the individual needs of the participants.
